Mum's Chocolate Self Saucing Pudding
An easy chocolate self m-saucing pudding, that fixes everything!
Ingredients
- 2eggs
- 100gbutter
- 1cupcaster sugar
- 1cupmilk
- 2cupself raising floursifted
- 4tablespooncocoa powdersifted
- 0.5cupcaster sugar (for topping)
- 2tablespooncocoa powder (for topping)
- 4cupboiling water
- icing sugar (for serving)
- vanilla ice cream (for serving)
Method
- 1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease a baking dish with .
- 2Beat together the , , , sugars, flour and until smooth.
- 3Mix together the sugar and and spread on top of the pudding. Pour over the and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
