Fold It In is operated by Alistair Crawford, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using Fold It In, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use this service

You must be 13 or older to use Fold It In. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your content

You retain ownership of recipes and content you post. By publishing content publicly, you grant Fold It In a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post content you upload.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

• Posting content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempting to access other users' private recipes or accounts.
• Using the service to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-downloading content or personal data from the service.
• Interfering with, overloading, or attempting to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
