A perfect summer breakfast made with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese for a high-protein boost. These thick, fritter-style pancakes are drizzled with a sweet glaze instead of maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1cupGreek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 2eggs
  • 2tablespoonsbutterplus more for skillet
