S'more Cookies
All the elements of the campfire favourite in cookie form: chocolate, marshmallow and biscuit. Messy in a good way, they're best warm.
Ingredients
- 130gdark chocolateroughly chopped
- 100gdigestive biscuitsroughly crushed
- 1quantitycookie doughbefore rolling (see page 91)
- 10Giant Toastin' Marshmallowshalved
Method
- 1Roughly chop the chocolate and fold it with the crushed biscuits through the . Carefully shape into a log, pressing firmly to avoid any air gaps. Freeze as per the recipe on page 91.
- 2Slice into 1.5cm cookies and top each with a marshmallow half, then bake as per the recipe on page 91.
