Easy-to-make ahead breakfast sandwiches that are customizable and perfect for busy mornings. Great for meal prepping to ensure a warm, savory breakfast without the early wake-up call.

Ingredients

  • splashmilk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • veggies of choicee.g., bell peppers and spinach
  • Beyond Meat breakfast sausagespatties
  • 12English muffins
  • 12cheese sliceCheddar or American preferred
  • butteroptional for toasting muffins

Method

    Pour the egg mixture onto a lined half sheet pan and top with your choice of chopped vegetables (such as bell peppers and spinach).
