A ridiculously tender, moist chai latte cake infused with chai 'milk', soaked in rich espresso, filled with homemade 3-ingredient toffee sauce, and topped with creamy toffee 'cream cheese' frosting. Entirely vegan if you opt for this version of frosting but can also substitute in a cream cheese Frosting to bring it home!
