These flaky puff pastry rolls combine creamy goat cheese, sweet figs, and crunchy walnuts. Honey, thyme, and rosemary bring a delicious balance of sweet and savory flavors. Depending on how big these are cut you can get up to 12 wheels, but make sure you're not making them too thin or they'll crips up too fast.

  • 50gramschopped walnuts
  • 1egg yolkfor egg wash
  • 1tablespoonmilkdairy or plant-based, for egg wash

Method

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F). Thinly slice the and chop the walnuts.
